Definitely the easiest route for the time-poor amongst us. The beauty of Steam is that once you have the client installed (needed to install and play most games) it just installs the games for you as soon as you pay for them (unless you pre-order of course) but there's no messing around with codes, that's all taken care of. They often have some damn good deals as well, and are currently right up there near the top of our Borderlands: The Pre Sequel pre-order price ranking (here
), so definitely worth a check from time to time. You'll also see the top deals every time you log into Steam as well, so you should never miss when they have a good ol' fashioned sale on.
